At Carat Antwerp, we understand that purchasing fine jewellery is a special experience. That is why we ensure every order is handled with the highest level of care, security, and attention from the moment it leaves our atelier until it arrives safely at your door.
Worldwide Shipping
We offer secure worldwide shipping to clients across the globe. Every order is shipped using trusted international carriers, including DHL and UPS. Where available, customers may select their preferred courier service during checkout.
Insured Shipping
All Carat Antwerp orders are shipped with full insurance coverage, providing additional peace of mind throughout the delivery process.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed:

Orders up to €750: €25 insured shipping

Orders above €750: Complimentary insured shipping
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. This allows you to follow your shipment throughout its journey until it reaches its destination.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If an issue occurs during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will assist you and work closely with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
Once a package has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided and proof of delivery has been obtained, Carat Antwerp cannot be held responsible for any theft, loss, or damage that occurs after delivery.
Returns & Eligibility
As most of our jewellery is personalized or made to order, the majority of our pieces are non-returnable.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
For eligible non-personalized items, a return request must be submitted by email within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and include all original packaging.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as the item remains the customer’s responsibility until it has been safely received and inspected by Carat Antwerp.
Once the returned item has been received and approved, we will proceed according to the applicable return conditions.
Made-to-Order & Personalized Jewellery
Each personalized or made-to-order piece is carefully crafted specifically for you. Due to the unique nature of these creations, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is an issue caused by an error on our part.
