Ready-to-ship items that require minimal crafting are typically delivered within 3–7 business days. Personalized or made-to-order pieces require additional time and may take up to 3–4 weeks.

And what if my package is lost or stolen?
If an issue occurs during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you and work closely with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
Once a package has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided and proof of delivery has been obtained, Carat Antwerp cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery.
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking details, allowing you to follow your shipment at every stage.
Returns & Warranty
As most of our jewellery is personalized or made to order, the majority of our pieces are non-returnable.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
For eligible non-personalized items, a return request must be submitted by email within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as the item remains under the customer’s responsibility until it has been safely received and inspected by Carat Antwerp.
Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
We offer a warranty covering any manufacturing defects, ensuring your piece meets our standards of quality and craftsmanship.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear, accidental impact, or improper care. Should you have any concerns, our team will be pleased to assist you.
Yes. We offer professional repair and maintenance services for selected jewellery pieces.

Every Carat Antwerp creation is crafted in solid 18kt gold and set with carefully selected natural diamonds.
Each piece is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity and warranty, reflecting our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship, exceptional materials, and lasting quality.
For bespoke requests in platinum or other precious metals, we invite you to contact our team to discuss the available options.
Each Carat Antwerp jewellery piece is accompanied by a Carat Antwerp Certificate of Authenticity, confirming the specifications and details of the piece as described.
For individual centre stones or diamonds of 0.30ct and above, an additional independent diamond grading certificate, such as GIA or HRD, may be included where stated in the product description.
As certification may vary depending on the design, diamond size, and composition of the jewellery piece, we recommend referring to the specific product details for complete information.
Sizing
We are pleased to offer repair services to maintain the beauty of your piece. Repairs required within 120 days of purchase are carried out at no additional cost. After this period, or in cases of wear or accidental damage, repair and shipping fees may apply. Pricing varies depending on the nature of the repair and typically starts from €30.
Most of our rings can be resized, depending on the design. Resizing services are available at an additional cost, with pricing typically starting from €60, excluding shipping.
Please note that any alterations or repairs carried out by a third-party jeweler will void the warranty of your piece. For this reason, we recommend entrusting all services to our atelier.
